Systematic Literature Review on Ethnic Minority Entrepreneurship: Citation and Thematic Analysis

This paper presents a systematic review of the literature on ethnic minority entrepreneurship. A total 174 articles converging entrepreneurship, published between 2010 and 2020, were investigated. extends existing knowledge sub-areas in entrepreneurship research by focusing two different angles. Firstly, Citation analysis was performed to papers recognize classify key areas currently being focused examined community. Secondly, Thematic executed discover specific themes that are researched. The study found seven themes: immigrant studies, entrepreneurial motivations, startup process, motives business success, failure factors businesses, unique challenges, favourite strong ties minorities identified as main themes. number gaps should encourage novel paths scopes field fill these literature.
